Sold!

Xan and I put a bid on a new house on Thursday. After a few stressful days (and a multiple counter offer), we just found out that we got the house! We're both excited and terrified at the same time.

If you saw the backyard, you'd understand. Can you say... HUGE?

Along with that, it has great views, an awesome kitchen and a master bathroom that is bigger than I ever could have hoped for. Its a LONG way out of town, but I think I can make due.

Anyway, here's one of the pictures they used in the listing. Better ones to follow.
