No wonder east valley home prices are skyrocketing.
Ironically, Xan and I just looked at the Saguaro Mountain development by this builder earlier in the week. Its pretty much built out and there certainly isn't anything remaining in the $200,000 price range as the article states.
Good for our property values, but bad if we want to buy something new in the area. There is hardly an affordable home to be found in Mesa anymore.
