A new feature

I saw this article that said 40% of those responding to a Salary.com poll said they would rather have more time off than a $5,000 pay increase.

I'm curious to see how many agree, so I've added a weekly poll. Depending on how many responses I get, I might make this a permanent feature.

I get plenty of time off so I'll take the $5K.
Of course, if you are talking 5 more weeks off or $5K, I'll take the 5 weeks!

Not all of us have six weeks off like you do! :P

I was stoked when I finally got up to three. I'd have to say I'd probably take another week off rather than an extra $5,000. Although if I do the math, I'd be getting the short end of the stick. It takes me a bit longer than a week to earn $5,000...

Not quite up to that $260,000 a year mark just yet.
